Ryan Wayslaw is Project Controls Manager at Delta Railroad Services, where he monitors and reports on the ongoing Trackwork project schedules and budgets to ensure that each project finishes on time and under budget.
Ryan has been involved in all aspects of construction projects throughout his career—from estimating to project startup and buyout to successful project completion and closeout. His vast experience in project engineering and management has prepared him to be resilient among the many variables and challenges that come as an industry standard in construction and large-scale projects.
Ryan holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
When he is not working, Ryan enjoys spending time with his high school sweetheart — and wife — Keri, and their two daughters, Carly and Kinsley.
